Whether you are looking for a new home office pod, gym or family space at the end of your garden, we are perfect for the job! Customer satisfaction is our top priority and that's why getting to know our customers vision is so important. From the first consultation we will create an extensive plan and walk you through the entire process, ensuring your build will be hassle free, on budget and on time.
Our experienced team have been designing and creating studios for years and all take great pride in their work. Communication with our customers is essential, from start to finish our team will be available to answer any questions or provide solutions to any problems that may arise.

How We Work
At your initial consultation we will make sure your plot is suitable, take measurements and discuss ideas, budget and specification requirements. This survey will take no longer than 1 hour.
Within the next 7 days we will then provide you with a detailed quote for your studio or office pod. This will include the building time schedule, illustration of your design, electrical plan and feature list. You will then have the chance to add or change features of the design until you are happy to accept the quote.
Once the quote has been accepted we require the deposit to be paid, this will confirm your order and allow us to secure your chosen installation date. This deposit will be 30% of the total agreed quote. The next payment will be 40% of the total agreed quote which is due on day 1 of construction. The remaining 30% will be due on the day of completion, once your Studio is signed off you are happy with the finished product.
We will be available through the whole build process to make sure the project runs on time, to budget and to the highest quality possible.
