Every studio we build is a different size and shape, no project is too small or too big!

We can build studios from as small as 2.5 x 2.5 meters up to 4.5 x 10 meters.

The shape of the exterior determines how the overall studio will look. Below are some rendered illustrations of the different exterior shape finishes we have to offer.

What We Offer

Roofing Options

Doors & Windows

Roofing technology has improved dramatically over the past 10 years.  We offer two roofing options, a EPDM rubber roof or a Living Sedum green roof. Scroll below to learn more!

EPDM Rubber

Our main choice for roofing is the EPDM system. EPDM roofing material is a dark grey slate colour made from synthetic rubber. Perfect for use on flat roofs and doesn’t easily show dirt. One EPDM roof advantage is that it does not support the growth of moss, unlike traditional felt systems - so it stays clean!

We offer two material options for our doors and windows, which are PVCu and Aluminium. Both have different quality and suitable applications, please scroll below!

PVCu Frames

PVCu doors & windows are made from moulded plastic, making these the cheapest option. Our PVCu doors & windows are supplied with anthracite (dark grey) profiles on the outside with white profiles on the inside. All glazing units are A rated and double glazed. We are able to offer these PVCu doors and windows in a variety of sizes and styles.

Interior Finishes

Interior & Exterior Lighting

Plastered

All our garden Studios are completed with traditional plaster board, skimmed walls & ceiling as standard. The inside of your garden building will be finished to the same high standards as a new house. A luxury, professionally plastered interior gives a warm, elegant surface finish and will help with sound insulation and improved energy efficiency.

Interior Lighting

Each garden Studio is equipped with a mains fuse box, 4 x double sockets with USB, fire rated interior LED spotlights and 4 external lights (if requested).

All wiring is fully concealed within the timber framework. On completion of the garden building you will be provided with a Part P electrical certificate for the testing of all the electrical components and wiring.

We offer multiple finish options for our walls, ceilings and floors. Please scroll through the slides below to find out more about them!

Descriptions on the exterior and interior lighting we offer can be found below. If you have any other questions on what's possible, please feel free to send us a message.

Foundation Options

Decking

We also offer decking at an extra cost. Built from the same cladding as your garden room or a hard wearing composite material, adding decking will certainly improve any space you have.

Electrics and lighting can also be run within the decking to bring your space to life at night.

Various colours and finishes are available.

Insulation & Soundproofing

We only use top quality insulation with the best Uvalue in all of our builds. We understand that your garden rooms can be used from gyms all the way to recording studios. That is why we offer a sound proofing option that can reduce noise by -45db. If partial sound proofing is something you would require, please let us know and we will be happy to find a solution for you.

There are 3 options for your foundations: concrete, screw piles and an eco base. All these systems have their benefites and not all of them are suitable for every build. Our team will asses your specific area beforehand and discuss which option will be best for you, based on the ground and what you plan to use your space for!

Concrete Base

A solid concrete base isn't the most eco-friendly option but is necessary if your Studio will contain particularly heavy items. If you are using the space to build a home gym or want to store heavy items over 2 tonnes, we would recommend this option. The type of ground and garden layout would also help determine if a concrete base is the way forward.

As you are aware, there are unlimited options for designs, features and final finishes. By no means are we limited to only what we have shown on this page. Therefore, if you are after something unique please get in contact. We are ready to help!

Living  Walls are becoming increasingly popular in recent years. They upgrade any space by providing a fresh & natural look.  These vertical flower pots can be installed on the side of your Studio or surrounding fencing. Customers often opt to use these to break up large wall sections. A quick search online can reveal just how beautiful these living walls can look. Please note, living walls do require regular maintenance.

Planter Boxes

Flower Walls

Artificial Flower Walls on the other hand require no maintenance and look amazing all year round. You are able to choose from a variety of plant shapes, textures and colours. Whether you choose to install them down the side of your Studio or as an interior feature wall, these no maintenance flower walls make for an absolutely stunning end result.

Bespoke garden planter boxes are also a service we offer. Many of our clients desire planter boxes to match the cladding of their Studio. We are able to build these to any shape & size required.

These planter boxes can extend off the Studio itself or be situated across your garden.

Please contact us if you need a price quote for a living or artificial wall, we quote by the square meter!
